A W/O main emulsifier, synthesized from diglycerin and vegetable oleic acid, pure palm source is gentle on the skin. HLB value 3, has strong emulsifying ability and good powder dispersion ability, can emulsify high-polarity oils.It can be used alone in the formula,without compounding other co-emulsifiers, and it is a liquid at room temperature, which is more convenient to use than competing products.Suitable for products such as liquid foundation,concealer, BB cream, CC cream, and no-makeup cream.
