A non-ionic surfactant. It has properties of emulsifying, lubricating, moisturizing and thickening. In amino acid surfactant system and AES surfactant system, it has outstanding thickening performance. It is applicable for transparent system, with moisturizing property for skin and hair. It improves dry feeling and hard appearance of soap base, making the finished product smooth. In addition, it can also enhance the foam texture, providing creamy and dense foam. It is widely used in facial cleanser, cream, lotion, shampoo and shower gel.
