VP/Hexadecene copolymer also called Vinyl Pyrrolidone/Cetene Copolymer. It is widely used in the cosmetics field. It can be used as a binder to better combine different cosmetic components; as a film-forming agent, it provides waterproof properties for sunscreen and other cosmetics, enhancing the sun protection effect.
