Polyquaternium-10, a cationic cellulose polymer with excellent water solubility and adsorption capacity, can be compatible with anionic, cationic, non-ionic and amphoteric surface active agents. It has low irritation. Its unique cationic property can repair the damaged hair protein matrix, keep the hair moisturized, and give the hair superior combing performance and a shiny and smooth feeling.
